The USAID Rule of Law Project team is composed of professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in judicial reform processes, institutional capacity building, improvement of court operations, judicial transparency and accountability, and enforcement of judgments. The team focuses this experience in providing assistance to the judiciary and other institutions, including public enforcement officers and the State Attorney’s Office, with the aim of advancing the reform process, increasing judicial productivity, ensuring the timeliness and integrity of enforcement actions, as well as supporting the State Attorney’s Office to reduce the time and costs associated with cases involving the state.
